The direct access to the gardens added a nice touch to the experience. The service was excellent, but I noticed that prebooking was necessary to dine in the restaurant. The location was convenient, being close to the bars and Pitsford lakes, just a 10-minute drive away. The dining experience was inclusive of a steaming wok of prawns, which was a delightful treat. The facilities were top-notch.
